"Accepting" Jesus

              When a Protestant has "accepted" Jesus, I wonder how much one has agreed upon what He said and taught. Is this acceptance 100% or maybe 60%? Can you imagine if everyone in the world were to have a "personal" Christ? It would be the end of everything. There would be no longer any recognized religious authorities. There would be no common belief anywhere. The world would enter into a spiritual chaos. Religion itself would come to an end. Everyone would be bickering and fighting to defend his version of the personal Christ.  Christ's Church and body would be divided into a million pieces. The words of St. Paul: .."Am I of Cephas or James or Paul or any latest innovator...” would all come true. Each would have his private version of the Faith.
