In March of 2007, the city of Sao Paulo realized its first public manifestation against abortion and the proposed project in Congress to legalize the criminal practice. The manifestation had a great impact since the law was defeated. In August of 2007, a national march against abortion in Brazil’s capitol took place crushing any further attempts at legalizing abortion in the country. The march was a huge success and thousands came out to protest abortion. The abortionists, however, would not quit. They tried to legalize abortion through other channels, especially the Supreme Court of Brazil, but failed miserably. This was the eighth time that the pro-abortion legislators tried to legalize the killing of innocent children in Brazil; and eight times were defeated. In March of 2008, the second public manifestation against abortion took place in the open square of the Cathedral of Sao Paulo. In August of 2008, Brazil realized its second national march in Brasilia.
The pro-abortionist socialist party was at it again for the ninth time. These guys just don’t quit. Yet, they have been inspired by Obama’s blood money coming from the USA to make another attempt at legalizing abortion. On March 28, 2009, the third public manifestation against abortion in the city of Sao Paulo took place. I participated and filmed the whole event with my camera. It was very moving and full of intense emotion. Thousands of people showed up with vibrant and colorful banners, signs and flags. Patriotic songs were sung and the fight for the defense and protection of human life was identified with Brazil’s culture and values. Many illustrious invited guests gave stirring speeches in favor of the innocent lives threatened by the bloodthirsty socialists. The Cardinal of Sao Paulo, various bishops, Protestant Pastors, leaders of the Spiritists, representatives of diverse political parties, senators, artists, singers, lawyers, doctors, college professors, biologists, etc. were all there joined together in the common cause against the slaughter of the unborn. On that historic day, Brazil, once again, showed its true colors and strong convictions that it was still in favor of the life of the little ones. A national poll revealed that 80% of Brazilians continue to vigorously oppose abortion. The manifestations against abortion have now expanded to other areas also. At the end of the year, the State of Minas Gerais had its first public rally in the capitol Belo Horizonte. On May 21st, 2009, the State of Goias had theirs in the capitol city of Goiania. On August 30th, 2009, the third national march took place in Brasilia. The socialists are going to know, whether they like it or not, that Brazil is pro-life and it is no use to try to kick against the goad and to stick abortion down people’s throats, with or without foreign money from Obama. It is the same as trying to spoon feed a baby a cream it doesn’t like. It will resist you and if you try to force it in its mouth, it will spit the whole thing in your face.
At the last rally, it was announced that in Madrid, Spain, the pro-life politicians of the whole world were united to fight abortion on a global basis. Two important Brazilian representatives from Congress were there to represent Latin America. The pro-life leaders of the Brazilian Congress are also now trying to organize a Congressional committee to investigate the money received by the socialist party from the USA to promote abortion in the country, something that is a serious crime in this country. No Brazilian representative in government is allowed to receive money from a foreign power in order to promote an anti-birth campaign in the nation. To receive money from a foreign president like Obama and use it for abortion (which is a legal crime in Brazil), is in itself a grave crime and act of treason.
Imagine if Brazil had sent money to Congressmen in the USA and paid them to change laws that protected our citizens? How would Americans feel about this in regard to Brazil and the American politicians who accepted this blood money? The fact is that the Brazilian secretary of health used American dollars to promote clandestine abortions in Brazil. Now the pro-life politicians want a congressional committee to investigate the criminal practice. If they are found guilty, they will be condemned to jail for treason and illegal funding of the crime of abortion. The socialist party is fighting tooth and nail in order that this commission is not established. They are now, however, in hot water and the pro-lifers are putting extreme pressure on Congress to see that justice is done. I myself believe that Obama and ex-president Clinton should be judged by The Hague for crimes against humanity and for violation of the national sovereignty of diverse nations where they practiced American imperialism in not respecting the autonomy of such countries to decide their own path of action in regards to life. No president is allowed to send financial resources to other nations in order to influence their legislators to pass laws allowing the murder of their population. This violates their national sovereignty, internal affairs, corrupts their officials and violates the freedom of the elected representatives to act without coercion, but according to their proper laws and with responsibility before the people that put them in office. It is a form of foreign aggression and neo-imperialism on the part of the American president and deep shameful action for the American people who pride themselves in defending democracy throughout the world.
