World Stability

Suggestion to the UN for World Stability

Many wars throughout history have always been practically started by deranged, perverted  madmen who rose to  political power: Hitler, Mussolini, Danton, Robespierre, Cromwell, Ghedaffi, Khomeni, Stalin, Ho Chi MIn, Hirohito, Hussein, Castro,etc. These types continue rising to political power in various countries around the world and are a continuous threat to its peace and stability. No one can sleep in tranquillity as long as these monsters maintain control of weapons and armies. That is why I believe it is time that a certain power and authority be granted to the UN to veto or not the handing over of political authority to such persons in their countries.

For example, the UN would investigate the elections of leaders all over the world. Such elected administrators  would be obligated to come to the UN for a psychological analysis of character before a panel of international professionals and experts  in the area of mental and emotional health. If they prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt,  that the official in question has no psychopathic tendencies or past symptoms, then he is approved to head his nation.  If however, it is found that he is seriously sick in the mind, chemical dependent of drugs or with a past history of corruption and murder, then the UN will reject him, and his country obligated to elect another person. I believe that in this manner, the way to political power will be screened and made safe and maniacs prohibited from grabbing a hold of it to destroy others.
